Psych-K® Basic Workshop (2026), a complementary mind-body approach that facilitates change for self-limiting beliefs and mindset. When appropriate, and with client/parent consent, I may integrate concepts from Psych-K® alongside evidence-based therapies such as Child-Centered Play Therapy, Lifespan Integration, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. *Psych-K is not a substitute for psychotherapy, and I use clinical judgment to determine whether it is appropriate for each client.*
Outside of the office, I'm a wife & mother of a teen and a young adult, & two sweet bunnies. You'll usually find me at hot yoga, outside enjoying nature, sipping coffee, taking walks, reading, & spending time with the people I love.
